Reserve a date for your group with a deposit of just £25, payable by cheque, card or BACS. We can send you a free colour poster to help promote the trip to your members and if you still can’t get it off the ground there’s nothing to lose because your deposit will be refunded in full.

KENTISH CURIOS

Between royalty at Westminster & commerce in the City, mediaeval lawyers found a quiet niche in which to practise their craft. They’re still here in a part of London hidden to most visitors. Come on a fascinating journey as we visit Legal London. This award-winning tour, one of our most popular, is now in its 30th year. The day runs 10.30am to 4.30pm and includes morning coffee and biscuits with the option of adding a group lunch.

This day, with a gentle walking tour in Smithfield and a cruise on the Regent’s Canal, has been one of our most popular tours for 30 years. With a bit on foot, a bit on the coach and a relaxing cruise at four miles an hour from Camden Lock to Little Venice there’s plenty of variety and interest. The tour now includes the opportunity to go inside the London Charterhouse to see the chapel and little museum. The walk is gentle enough for most but its always possible to lop off a bit for folk who really can’t walk too far.

When we think of the River Medway we tend to think of the Rochester end but in the Upper Medway Valley a sleepy river flows through some of our most beautiful countryside. From an ancient country church with striking modern glass to a serene Carmelite Friary founded by a returning crusader we encounter many Kentish Curios, myths and legends where the Medway or Middle-Way divided the Men of Kent from the Kentishmen.
