This brilliant new tour has received rave reviews and now comes with the Vox Wireless Tour Guide System to create an even more enjoyable and intimate experience.

In the heart of the City of London, the old Square Mile, we meet to buy morning coffee at 10.30am. We are off the coach all day for a series of short and flat walks with the Blue Badge Guide including opportunities to sit down. We visit:

The London Mithraeum - an ancient Roman temple restored its original site, now in the basement of the multi-billion pound Norman Foster designed Bloomberg building. With haze and light projections the temple rises from the ruins with an atmospheric soundscape of chanting, bells and horns. There's also a display of very recent archaeological finds.

Guildhall Art Gallery - little known venue with impressive art plus the Roman Amphitheatre City of London Police Museum Marvel at a Suffragette bomb in a mustard tin, peek inside a police cell from 1888 where a hologrammatic Catherine Eddowes is banged up for drunkenness. Just hours later she will become a victim of Jack the Ripper.

Free time to buy lunch on Cheapside by Bow Bells. We end inside a beautiful Wren Church and sit in the pews with tea & biscuits (included) before heading home at 4.45pm.
